Sharon Juraszek is an Ayurvedic practitioner and entrepreneur with a doctorate in Ayurvedic Medicine from the California College of Ayurveda, complemented by advanced training in India. Her work focuses on the intersection of gut health, biodiversity, and whole-system healing.

In 2014, Sharon founded Fermentlicious, a mission-driven company dedicated to organic food production, environmental responsibility, and sustainable business practices. Under her leadership, the company has emphasized zero-waste principles and conscious sourcing, reflecting her commitment to both personal and planetary health.

Sharon brings to Solas Foundation a unique blend of clinical knowledge, entrepreneurial leadership, and lived healing experience. Having reversed her own diagnosis of Hashimoto’s disease, she is deeply committed to expanding access to treatments that address root causes and support long-term transformation.
